  2009 - 10 APPLICATION & GUIDELINES     

For 2009 - 10, the CB Grant program will award approximately $525,000 to fund approximately 70 grants citywide.

The guidelines below offer the details about the process, the application, the review criteria, and eligible projects. Read the guidelines thoroughly to fully understand the program and its requirements.

To apply for funding, fill out the application below and submit it by Tuesday, October 20, 2009.

The application is in two formats, Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF. The Microsoft Word version of the forms can be typed upon so applicants can save the documents, print them out, and submit them for funding. The full 21-page packet in PDF format is included as a reference for users to view the packet in a single file. The 2009-10 Application and Guidelines Packet cover is only viewable by clicking this link CB Grant Cover and is not included with any of the documents below to reduce the file size.

TO USE THE FORMS:
